Building Process

Consultation
Experience a complimentary consultation where we can connect and explore. During our in-person meeting, we’ll delve into your scope of work, design preferences, build costs, and any specific questions you may have.
Design & Plan Approval
We turn your vision into a thoughtful design, from initial floor plans and 3D concepts to the details that shape an accurate proposal. Before moving forward, we review the scope, cost, and timeline together.

Construction
With the plan in place, we coordinate selections, site preparation, permits, and the work ahead. As construction progresses, we keep you informed and walk the project with you at important milestones.

Project Delivery
An official handover includes a blue tape walkthrough and a tutorial on your new home’s mechanical systems and maintenance requirements.
We answer questions and review our warranty information to ensure peace of mind and long term care.
